I can't find some clans, as I wouldn't look for them

First of all, I really don't know whether the bug is it or not.
But it indeed does me very mad! Clan-searcher can't find many clans that seem interesting to me.
For example, clan "MOCKBA". I tried writing the name as in Russian as in English but the result was the same - not found. Why? This clan is real and I often meet players from there.
Can somebody explain to me what is wrong: me or the game clan system.

FOR ADMINS. Guys! You have a world-named game in your control, that gives not small money. It is really so hard to create a well-thought clean interface and searcher? Why is it not possible to find a clan through a player?? So many very useful features that are not very hard to create but very useful for players... and you, developers, even didn't think about it.
It does me very and very sad

it usually happens when you put an extra space or you don't put a sign for example () and that's why it usually happens if it doesn't work it's already a game error

I checked it many times and tried again. I can say even more. We have in the "clans" the window with "recent clans". It is clans from players who were our opponents in the previous games. So that window works as he wishes really. Sometimes it shows me clans against who I played, sometimes no... Be honest I have so many suggestions and problems with this game, but it is no one matter)))
I will be glad if this one would be heard

I don't like to suggest something to somebody who doesn't care about them... The game almost did not change for 2 years. I will see if my ask will be heard by anybody of the developers, I write another my ideas and advice like person who play BF many many years

BS-sosison Yes you should do that because sometimes if it changes the game your opinion is also worth gold, I've also been in this game for too many years and I'm still playing it, and I want it to last for many more years

Are you from Russia? Our Clan System uses Google Play services and at the moment Google Play services don't work in Russia. You can probably guess why....
