    Hello! The purchases go through Google Play Store on Android and App Store on iOS and this is a problem you need to take to them directly. On our end we only add the bought items to the account after verification from the Google Play Store or App store arrives to our server.

    I bought an offer of 13.900 i it were cashed twice by your system so i i am asking to you a refund for those 13.900 that were debited twice from my virtual card.
