Player profiles are automatically linked to Apple ID on iOS if you have Game Center enabled from the device's settings. If you are missing your player profile the most common reason is, that you are not logged in with the same Apple ID you used before.

If you used to have an old player profile back in 2015-2019 and you haven't played in years, your player profile can't be restored anymore. Google log in has not been possible on iOS devices since late 2018. The game now links your player profile with your Game Center. The transfer period when profiles were moved form Google to Apple has ended.

How can I download my process when I loged in Gmail

You can't log in the game with Google on iOS. If you want to transfer the player profile from an Anroid device to an iOS device you need to go to the Bomber Friends settings on both of the devices and do the transfer manually.
