  • Can't participate photo contest anymore

    Hi, since last season I can't participate new photo contests anymore. It always says 'you have already participated', but I didn't. What is wrong? Bomby regards

      Hello im unable to transfer my android account to IOS because i dont have acces to my old android device. I’ve tried to contact support but i keep getting automated responses that dont help. Please contact me.

    Hi, same for the current villain competition: The participate button is grayed out and when tapping it I get the notice 'you have already participated'. Please fix!

      Hey... The same thing is happening to me. Because of this annoying problem I was not able to participate in the previous and current competition...
      And for some reason, I was very hesitant in making any kind of report of this. Coincidentally I tried to wait for the next competition, hoping that the problem would fix itself or something, but nope, sadly it is still there. :/

                    It is some kind of new bug, yes. The info on if someone has participated is saved on your player profile locally. Uninstalling and then installing again should fix it as well as clearing local data.

                        Yes, clearing the local data and deleting the app's cache helped. Now I can participate again:-). Thx for the hint!
