    Game isn't loading on my Google Play account

    Hey I'm an old player I played 1-2years ago but now my Google Play account doesn't work, I tried it without a Google Play account and with another one and the game did load but on my main account it simply doesn't load the game.
    My Id is 61D0A7B229C4C971.
    I used Freakxkill as in game name.
    I don't really know why it doesn't load at all (even offline) but I hope you can fix this problem.

      with my other google accounts they load up but for my main google account it doesn't and stays at 30% loading. my id is EA16D963E2A5COA

      Creo que deberían esperar más tiempo, a veces para cargar todo el progreso de una cuenta tarda mucho y más si tiene muchos objetos

        Intenta borrarle los datos de la aplicación y vuelve a vincular tu cuenta

      Are you still having this issue? It seems really strange. Please make sure you get the new update installed as soon as it is released.

      To OP: if you last time played in 2018 or earlier you don't have a player profile that could be restored.

        Oh ok I think I player it the last time before 2018 but I'm not 100% sure so I get the first update as soon as possible. If it does not work I will contact you here again so hopefully I can at least play a new character on my main Google account and thank you for your response.

        I updated the game right now but it did not change anything... It would be cool if you could completely reset my account on the ID: 61D0A7B229C4C971 so I can start fresh on my Google play account, cause I don't want to make another Google play account.
