    This text is only valid IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED SINCE 2018!

    Previously items in the game were pretty easy to hack. To prevent hackers from having everything in the game unfairly we changed to a new cloud save service in 2018. There was a transition period that has now ended. If a player hasn't logged in the game within the transition period the item inventory hasn't been transferred to the the new cloud. Most players don't have a problem with the transition but there are some that play mostly offline and who haven't logged in before the transition period ended.

    Did this happen to you? Unfortunately your old item inventory can't be accessed from the old cloud save anymore. It is gone. I can give you some gems and bomberium so that you can buy back your favorite items and outfits.

    Go to Bomber Friends game settings and send us a message using the lost account button. Explain what has happened. Attach the order number from any of the purchases.

            Ive been playing thia game for 2 years but i traveled to mexico and didnt have internet access for about 2 months and i just got a new phone too but when i downloaded the new version on my new phone no progress was there i had many outfits and alot of progress i also have proof (((the progress is on my other phone its just doesn't have service and i still have the last version i had on it still there with all my stuff))) is there sumthing i can do to get it back? I can put screenshots of everything i had cause i honestly worked too hard to not get ALL of it back

                    Some days ago i travel to India and there i buy a 1500 gems chest and i received some 4 epic items from arena, and when im back to my country they gone so i want them back because i cant buy them only receive them, and i really like that items. But im really mad because 1500 gems its a lot of money
