    Balance update Spring 2021

    Balance changes in the cards and medal balance changes on the Arena coming in April 2021.

    Medal balance will change so that it'll be easier to reach the new Robot Station arena at 2800 medals.

    NEW CARD: Supply Drop

    • Panic on the battlefield? Call for help! Supply Drop gives you some much needed powerups in the heat of battle.


    GENERAL CHANGES

    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    • NEW: Added a new gameplay mechanic! Collectable powerups can now have a level attached to them. Because of this players can have multiple powerups with different levels simultaneously equipped (example: player finds item from supply drop and he/she has that item in his deck). These items are stacked to the same bomb button and when the player decides to use them the game will use them in level order starting from the highest level.
    • CHANGE: Matchmaking improvements.
    • CHANGE: Improvements to trophy distribution from matches.

        Hola! A mi me paso que con la nueva actualización, no me da ninguna recompensa de la temporada. Y ademas perdi 100 gemas porque pague para que me dieran la recompensa y ni asi las recibo

                  que triste es lo que mas esperaba por lo menos si no quieren que mate podrian poner que no se pueda atravesarlo cuando esta en formacion

                    Olá Maija
                    tenho uma sugestão referente ao balanceamento.
                    Atualmente os players se conhecem muito, e eu acho que essa situação de balanceamento é ridícula ao meu pinto de vista. Quem está lá em cima permanece, e os que estão em baixo continua na mesma.
                    É mais fácil tirar esse balanceamento e deixar aleatório mesmo, a gente jogar contra os boot como era anteriormente.
                    Na época que Moiso e Leinz chegou aos 10k.
                    Existem MUITAS duplas na arena, a arena está impossível de se jogar atualmente.
                    Com esse aumento de dificuldade só desanima os players mais fracos.
                    Mesmo que sem o balanceamento o cara chega em 10k de medalhas é mais divertidos para todos.


                    Outra questão também é em relação aos clãs.
                    Coloquem como regra, quem sair de um clã só pode entrar em outro clã ou no mesmo clã depois de 5, 10 ou 15 ou na próxima temporada que seja.
                    Isso sim iria balancear a arena e deixar mais divertida.
                    Ocultar a senha do clã, a senha do clã somente o líder pode ver.

                      Hello! Wanted to report a recent bug with arena, I've spoken with a few players from my clan and they are also having the same issues.
                      Game play is generally laggy, clan chat is slow and for some reason my account has gone back to the old scoring system (14+ for 1st, 7+ 2nd). I've dropped rank since the lag but at gold league 3 I was scoring 22/23+ for a win, now I'm silver and scoring less some how?

                        The medal system worked wrong for the last two weeks. Now it should be working like we originally planned.

                        Thanks for your response Maija, the scoring system is fair enough and not a large bother to me but my lag has carried on, I have played for nearly 5 years and the game has never run as slow as it does at the moment, it's not my device either, I have a Samsung s20 really hope you can help, could it be that I'm a clan leader now so the game has more to process when I'm online? As I previously said, I know of others having the same issue but they don't run a clan

                      ELM same problem here + i noticed that if i already have some "greetings" from the box it is usually replaced with coins but i don't get it. I get just amount of coins that box is worth

                        This is just a problem with the animation. The Bomberium is added to your account but the coins flying are only the chest coins. Check the bomberium before opening a chest to make sure.

                          Maija necesito ayuda.Hace un tiempo deje de jugar bombers friends por q mi telefono se me habia dañado pero mi progreso habia quedado guardado en mi cuenta de google play pero ahora q lo volvi a instalar note q me hacian falta cosas y diamantes aparte q en el modo de campaña normal mis gemas estaban reiniciadas como si nunca ubiera jugado ese modo y ya iba por la arena medieval y aunque soy un jugador free to play las cosas q tengo son por q o gano algunos torneos o me guardo diamantes pero ahora q revise mi cuenta no tenia diamantes y me hacian falta trajes pelos y un pack y mis gemas del modo campaña q se reiniciaron y eso me parece injusto ya q soy un jugador veterano del juego estoy desde antes de esta actualisacion del modo multiplayer asi q por favor bro espero me ayudes adjuntarr una imagen con mi id para q lo veas

                        Ok, i checked today.... i would definitely noticed extra 500 Bomberium when i get replacement. But sadly i didn't. Other people are having the same problem.

                          To investigate this I need
                          1. your player ID
                          2. date and time of opening the chest
                          3. screenshot from before opening the chest showing your virtual currency
                          4. screenshot showing what you got from the chest
                          5. screenshot from when the coin animation has ended

                          The compensation Bomberium is added to the virtual currency the moment you tap the chest. Which means that if you check the amount of Bomberium after the chest is closed and the coins start to fly you are already looking at the sum which has the compensation. Only the coins gotten from the chest fly in the animation.
