Bomber Friends Facebook Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is Hyperkani Oy whose registered office is at Visiokatu 6, 33720, Tampere, Finland.
2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Hyperkani, not Facebook.
3. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must read these official rules with your parent or legal guardian to be eligible for the promotion.
4. To enter a free prize draw, participants must like the Official Bomber Friends Facebook page and follow the instructions on the promotion post on the Facebook page.
5. Prizes are mentioned in the Facebook post about the competition and they can include for example Bomber Friends Gems, Bomberium or Season pass.
6. At least one winner will be selected at random by Hyperkani. In addition, Hyperkani can, at their discretion, select additional winners, based on the awesomeness of the competition entry and on the amount of Facebook-likes/reactions/comments the entry has received.
7. The winner will be contacted within a week after being selected in one of the following ways, whichever possible:
(i) Private message via Facebook.
(ii) A direct reply to the original competition entry done by the participant
(iii) An announcement via an additional Facebook post to the Bomber Friends page asking the winners to contact Hyperkani with any necessary details to claim the prize.
8. If we cannot contact the winner or the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition participant.
9. Participants must be registered users of Facebook, and are excluded from setting up multiple accounts to secure more than one entry.
10. Employees of Hyperkani or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
11. Hyperkani reserves the right to withdraw or amend competitions at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another without giving notice.
14. In the event that any winner refuses or for whatever reason cannot accept the prize, or the winner does not confirm their game account for receipt of the prize, or if the Promoter is unable to deliver the prize to the game account given by the winner, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her posted picture in any publicity material.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
