These are the Terms and Conditions of competitions and giveaways related to the Bomber Friends app. These include competitions announced on any social media platform where we interact with our players.
1. The promoter of this competition is Hyperkani Oy whose registered office is at Visiokatu 6, 33720, Tampere, Finland.
2. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must read these official rules with your parent or legal guardian to be eligible for the promotion.
3. To enter the competition, participants must follow the instructions in the original post. There are no alternative ways to participate.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Prizes will include Bomber Friends in-game items such as Season Pass, gems or Bomberium. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another without giving notice. Prizes are added to the winners’ player accounts after the competition ends.
6. At least one winner will be selected by Hyperkani. In addition, Hyperkani can, at their discretion, select additional winners, based on the awesomeness of the competition entry.
7. Hyperkani reserves the right to withdraw or amend competitions at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
8. In the case of fraudulent behaviour Hyperkani reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. All participants agree to the use of his/her posted character, in picture or video form, in any publicity material.
11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
