These are the Terms and Conditions of competitions and giveaways on the Bomber Friends app. When the contest is on you can see it in the Arcade section of the Bomber Friends game. To enter the contest dress up your character according to the theme and tap the button to participate.
1. The promoter of this competition is Hyperkani Oy whose registered office is at Visiokatu 6, 33720, Tampere, Finland.
2. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you must read these official rules with your parent or legal guardian to be eligible for the promotion.
3. To enter a free prize draw, participants must follow the instructions in the Bomber Friends app. Entering a competition happens in the Bomber Friends app. There are no alternative ways to participate.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Prizes will include Bomber Friends in-game items such as Season Pass, gems or Bomberium. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another without giving notice. Prizes are added to the winners’ player accounts after the competition ends.
6. At least one winner will be selected at random by Hyperkani. In addition, Hyperkani can, at their discretion, select additional winners, based on the awesomeness of the competition entry. Outfit that fits the competition theme will increase your chances of being seen as awesome.
7. Hyperkani reserves the right to withdraw or amend competitions at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
8. In the case of fraudulent behaviour Hyperkani reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. All participants agree to the use of his/her posted character in any publicity material.
11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
12. You are providing your information to Hyperkani and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Hyperkani privacy policy found at http://hyperkani.com/Hyperkani_Privacy_Policy.html
